Before you can volunteer with Michael's Foundation, you are required to complete the following application (including a basic background check). 

Once you complete the volunteer application and your background check clears (typically within 24 hours), you will be able to sign up to volunteer for Michael's Foundation's events.

Background screen - required fields
For the safety of our volunteers and those we serve, we will process a background screen. Your SSN will be removed from our database as soon as the background screen result is returned.
Date of birth. Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older in order to volunteer with us. *
